Who is responsible

What we collect, and why

Order requests

When you send an order request, your email app sends us the details you entered: name, email address, shipping address, optional phone number, notes and the pieces in your cart. We use them only to confirm your order, send the invoice and payment link, ship the order, handle returns and keep records required for tax and accounting. We keep order records for as long as tax law requires, then delete them.

Emails

If you write to us, we use your message and email address to answer you.

Payment

Payments are handled by the payment provider named in the payment link. We never receive your full card number.

Server log files

Like any website, our hosting provider records technical data when a page is requested: IP address, date and time, the page requested, and your browser type. These logs keep the site secure and working and are deleted after no more than 30 days.

Your cart stays in your browser

The cart uses your browser's local storage to remember what you added. This information stays on your device, is never sent to us until you send an order request, and you can clear it at any time by emptying your cart or clearing your browser's site data.

What we don't do

• No cookies, no analytics, no advertising or tracking tools.
• No accounts and no newsletter.
• Fonts are hosted on this website — no connection to Google Fonts or other third parties.
• We never sell or share personal information for advertising.

Who we share data with

Only with the service providers we need to complete your order: the payment provider, the shipping carrier (name, address and phone for delivery) and our email and hosting providers.

Do Not Track

This website doesn't track visitors across sites, so Do Not Track signals don't change anything here.

Children's privacy

This shop is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. Residents of California and other states with consumer privacy laws have these rights under those laws, and we will not treat you differently for using them. Because the operator is based in Germany, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) may also apply.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
