Where we ship
We ship to all addresses in the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C., including P.O. boxes for smaller orders. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States yet.

Timing starts after payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Sales tax
Sales tax depends on your state and is added to the invoice we send with your payment link, so the total you pay is the total you see.
Returns
- Return any unused piece in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
- Email [email protected] with your name and what you'd like to return; we reply with return instructions.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days after the return arrives.
- Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong piece.
- Candles that have been burned can't be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged or wrong items
Stoneware travels well but not always perfectly. If something arrives broken or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund — you don't need to send the broken piece back.
